Every project involves hundreds of decisions. Our role is to put them in the right order, explain what matters and keep the project moving with clear responsibilities at every stage.

First conversation
We discuss the location, intended use, approximate size, priorities, budget range and timing. We also agree how communication and approvals will work.

Site review and feasibility
We review the plot, access, orientation, local planning context and the information already available. Where specialist surveys or local approvals are required, these are identified early.

Design
The brief becomes a project: plan, massing, relationship to the landscape, materials and outdoor spaces. Decisions are presented clearly so you understand both the design and its implications.

Engineering and specification
The structural system, envelope and key building details are coordinated. Materials, performance requirements and interfaces are defined before production and construction.
- 05
Production and construction
The steel frame is manufactured from the coordinated model and the site works follow an agreed sequence. Progress is documented and decisions are tracked.
- 06
Completion and handover
Finishes, systems and final details are checked before handover. You receive the relevant project information and a clear introduction to your new space.
