HOW WE BUILD
Contemporary construction with a cellular steel frame
FERRUM uses a cellular steel frame to build homes, tourist accommodation and commercial spaces. The structural system is designed in a digital model, produced as individual components and assembled on site. Each application is developed according to the use, geometry and requirements of the project.
The advantages for your project.
Faster construction
Off-site production of the steel frame can proceed in parallel with site preparation. Components arrive ready for assembly, reducing the time spent building the frame on site and contributing to a faster completion than the conventional method.
Production accuracy
Steel frame components are produced from the digital model and project specifications, with defined dimensions and connection details.
Coordinated engineering
Architectural design, structural and seismic engineering, the envelope and building systems are coordinated before construction, based on the requirements of each project.
Organised construction
Production, deliveries and crews are coordinated on a shared schedule, with a clear sequence of work from preparation through to completion.
Design around your needs
Layout, size, architecture and material choices are adapted to your needs and the possibilities of your site.

Every material, part of a whole
The frame, walls, roof and windows are considered together. We select materials and their connections according to the building's use, the climate and the requirements of each project, with the aim of achieving thermal comfort, acoustic insulation and long-term durability.

Every site, different possibilities.
Every location brings its own conditions: sun, wind, humidity, coastal exposure, access and planning constraints. These are not afterthoughts. They inform the design, engineering, material specification and construction details from the beginning.
Have a site in mind? Let us look at the conditions and talk through what is possible.
