Villa places the emphasis on the relationship between architecture, landscape and spaces for hosting. The main living spaces open onto the outdoors, while private zones, independent suites and wellness spaces can be incorporated to suit the character of the project.

Two levels, distinct living zones.
The two-storey home uses its vertical arrangement to separate everyday life naturally from the more private parts of the house. The day spaces are organised on one level, while the bedrooms and personal spaces move to a quieter zone.
It is particularly well suited to plots with a high floor area ratio but limited site coverage.
Each Ferrum project is developed digitally before construction begins. Its light-gauge steel frame is engineered, detailed and produced to the requirements of the individual project, giving the team greater control over coordination, tolerances and assembly on site.
